Privacy – We will not disclose customer’s personal details to third parties and will only ever contact you if you gave us explicit permission.
Shipping – Independent of order value, we offer our customers free-of-charge shipping within the UK using The Royal Mail. For customers outside the UK, please see prices when ordering. We aim to dispatch your purchases within one working day.
Returns – We offer a 30 day no-quibble return policy if you purchase from our on-line shop. Items should be returned in the original packaging so that we may resell them. Refunds will be given on receipt of returned items, therefore it is recommended that they are returned using some form of recorded postage.
Products – The products we sell are not toys and are not meant for use by children.

Payments – Other than payments by WooCommerce on our website, we accept payment by cheque or by direct bank transfer (Digital Banking). For other payment methods, please contact us. Prices are given in UK Pounds but when paying using WooCommerce other currencies may be used but these will be converted to UK Pounds at an exchange level set by WooCommerce. WooCommerce accept all popular credit and debit cards.
